OSINT Research · Dossiers · Entity Resolution

Intelligence you can stand behind

Public-source research for legal, private-investigation, and corporate matters — dossiers, entity maps, and timelines where every assertion traces back to a captured source and a person has verified it before it reaches you. Permissible-use only.

Source-grounded · Human-verified · Not a background-screening or eligibility service

How we work

Public-source by default

We collect from public and lawfully accessible sources. We don't circumvent logins, bypass technical barriers, or use deception to gain access.

Source-grounded

Every assertion in a dossier traces back to a captured artifact — URL, timestamp, and a hash of what we saw — so the work holds up under scrutiny.

Human-verified

A person reviews and confirms findings before anything leaves. A wrong-person match can do real harm, so verification isn't optional — it's the gate.

Permissible-use logged

Each matter records its stated purpose and legal basis. We work within GLBA/DPPA permissible uses and refuse requests outside them.

Who we work with

Legal

Background, witness, and party research; asset and association mapping; due diligence — assembled with sources a matter can stand on.

Private Investigation

Subject research and skip-trace support that expands the picture from public and permissible sources, with every finding traceable.

Bail

Locating and skip-trace support within permissible-use boundaries, delivered as a clean, source-backed summary.

Corporate

Counterparty, vendor, and reputational due diligence — entity maps and timelines that make a decision defensible.

How a run works

01

Intake & screening

You tell us what you're trying to establish and the permissible-use basis. Both are recorded; requests for banned eligibility uses are refused here, before any collection.

02

Collection

Public and lawfully accessible sources, captured as artifacts — URL, timestamp, and a hash of what we saw.

03

Resolution

Findings are matched on multiple identifiers — never a name alone — and each gets a confidence score. Conflicts go to a contradiction queue.

04

Human verification

A person reviews and confirms before anything leaves. Unverified findings stay flagged or stay out.

05

Delivery

A source-linked report with the artifact log behind it — so every assertion can be traced, checked, and defended.

Metered by the work

Priced per run or per matter, above the data and compute each one costs — no open-ended retainers.

Talk to us about eligibility

What we will not do

This is investigative research, not a consumer report. By law and by policy, we do not provide dossiers for eligibility decisions, and we will decline a request framed for these uses:

Employment screening or hiring decisions
Tenant or housing decisions
Credit or lending eligibility
Insurance underwriting eligibility

Questions

Is this a background-check or screening service?+

No. This is investigative research for legal, PI, and corporate matters — it is not a consumer-reporting product. We do not provide reports for employment, tenant, credit, or insurance-eligibility decisions, and we will refuse a request framed that way. Those uses are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and require a consumer-reporting agency; that is not what this service is.

Where does the information come from?+

Primarily public and lawfully accessible sources — court records, corporate registries, public web, and similar. For deeper matters we use sanctioned data providers where we are credentialed and the use is permissible. We don't scrape services that forbid it, circumvent logins, or use fake accounts to gain access.

How do you handle the risk of a wrong-person match?+

Carefully and deliberately. We match on multiple identifiers rather than a name alone, score our confidence, and a person reviews and verifies findings before anything is delivered. A misattributed identity can harm someone and damage a matter, so human verification is a required gate, not a nice-to-have.

Can we use the dossier in litigation?+

We capture artifacts with their source, timestamp, and a content hash, and we document a repeatable collection process — the foundation evidence authentication relies on. Whether a specific item is admissible in a given matter is a question for your counsel; we make the work defensible, your attorney decides how it's used.

Why is some of this gated or quote-based?+

The Advanced tier uses credentialed data sources whose access is granted only under verified permissible-use certification, and some matters require licensing and counsel review before we can take them on. We'd rather tell you honestly what we can and can't run for your matter than promise access we don't have.
