Selected revenue arrangements
A revenue-based agreement needs a defined initial fee, eligible collected revenue, baseline, attribution window and treatment of refunds and third-party costs. It also needs a finite term, fee cap, reporting responsibilities and an exit arrangement.
No percentage, financing approval or zero-upfront entitlement is implied. The approach is often unsuitable for internal tools or protection work whose benefit is reliability or time saved. Other staged-payment arrangements may be a better fit.
Licenses, hosting, domains, hardware and other third-party charges are identified separately. Scope and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
